Same Operator, Second Cesspool: The Firm Opens the Stanky Shores Case
Frivolous, Jape & Guffaw LLP is pleased (in the grimmest possible sense of the word) to announce that our new case portal is now open to the public. The firm has filed a class action against the operator of Stanky Shores Waterpark, and every incident report, damages calculation, and victim account is being published at our new headquarters: stankyshoreslawsuit.com.
Longtime followers of this website will recall that the Goob Lagoon matter, all twenty-three documented case files of it, was resolved on terms the firm considers adequate. We had hoped the settlement would be instructive. It was not. The same operator has opened a second facility, and the incident log at Stanky Shores already resembles its predecessor in both character and volume: uncontained biological waste, unsupervised structural hazards, and management personnel who treat the paying public as target practice.
"We settled the Goob Lagoon matter in the sincere belief that the defendant had learned something. He has. He has learned to open a second location."
- Reginald Guffaw III, Senior Partner
This website will remain online as the permanent archive of the Goob Lagoon litigation. All new filings, statistics, and testimony now live at the Stanky Shores case portal. Any patron who has been struck, shoved, submerged, defrauded, or otherwise diminished at Stanky Shores Waterpark is invited to preserve their claim there.

Legal Analyst Unveils Shocking Culpability in CaseOh Lawsuit
Frivolous, Jape & Guffaw LLP is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with the distinguished legal mind of the "Law by Mike" channel. His independent, third-party review of the available evidence in the Goob Lagoon lawsuit has corroborated our own findings, revealing a pattern of negligence and malice that is shocking to the conscience.
Mr. Michael's forensic analysis of the waterpark simulator lawsuit confirms a litany of severe violations, including but not limited to: Premises Liability Negligence for failure to warn of hazards; Criminal Negligence leading to preventable deaths; and numerous counts of Assault, Battery, and Murder through the use of deadly weapons by park management.
Defendant's Reaction Further Implicates Guilt
Upon being confronted with this irrefutable legal analysis, Mr. CaseOh exhibited behavior consistent with that of a cornered defendant. He immediately attempted to dismiss the findings, baselessly claiming the evidence was fabricated by "AI" and that his own on-camera confession to "committing a murder in broad day" was somehow taken out of context.
Furthermore, the defendant attempted to justify the electrocution of an employee by alleging the victim had consented in exchange for a paltry $100 bonus, a clear attempt at witness bribery. Such desperate deflections and spurious claims of innocence only reinforce the consciousness of guilt. His nervous laughter throughout the viewing speaks volumes. The walls are closing in.
The final verdict is staggering. The preliminary assessment estimates total civil liability to be in excess of $400,000,000. Culinarily, the criminal charges could result in a prison sentence approaching 3,000 years.
"The evidence is unequivocal," stated a senior partner. "The sheer volume of malfeasance, from willful safety violations to outright homicide, is unprecedented. We are more resolved than ever to secure justice." Our firm will be incorporating this exhaustive analysis into our case file, and we look forward to Mr. Michael's invaluable expert testimony.

Waterpark Simulator Lawsuit Goes Viral as Billboard Catches CaseOh's Eye
In a brilliant move that has frankly stunned our marketing department, the developers of "Water Park Simulator" have purchased a massive billboard to advertise our class-action lawsuit against Goob Lagoon. The billboard, featuring a rather unflattering photo of a certain park manager alongside our noble mascot, has already become a local landmark and a key point of discussion in the CaseOh lawsuit.
The campaign's crowning achievement came last night when popular streamer CaseOh reacted to the billboard live on stream. "This a real life... I seen a video of it too," he said in disbelief. His shock quickly turned to uncontrollable laughter as the reality of the situation sunk in. Clips of his reaction have since exploded across social media.
"They went out and got a billboard, bruh!" the streamer exclaimed before dissolving into a fit of giggles. "Is that not crazy? Have you ever been injured at the Goob Lagoon? We can help."
The exposure has been invaluable. Our phones at Frivolous, Jape & Guffaw LLP have been ringing off the hook. CaseOh himself gave a "shout out to the devs of Water Park Sim," praising them for their constant, hilarious additions to the game. We'd like to publicly thank the "Water Park Simulator" team for their incredible support. Justice for the goobers is coming, and now, it's being advertised on the interstate.
A Note from the Editor
We want to extend a personal thank you to the brilliant minds at CayplayStudios for creating the masterpiece that is "Water Park Simulator." Their support for our cause has been unexpected and incredibly amusing.
They've hidden a little something for eagle-eyed fans. Follow this link back to the billboard on X, and you might just find a handsome reward waiting for you. Happy hunting!
